Personal Support Assistant/Driver
- Pay Rate: £12.00. per hour
- Hours: 17 hours per week
- Shift Patter Week days 8am – 9am or 9-10am ,12pm – 1pm and then 5-6pm

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to provide a range of emotional and personal care support to a lady with cerebral palsy. The role will require reliability and dedication and the ability to attend to her needs.
The lady enjoys listening to audible books and music. She has cerebral palsy and associated additional support needs. She requires assistance from others with most aspects of her life to enable her to have good quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Support Worker, you will assist the employer with morning, lunchtime and evening routines. This will include helping with getting up, washing, dressing, and prompting/ administering medication. You will also provide support with feeding, such as cutting up food and ensuring meals are eaten safely. In the evenings, you will assist in getting ready for bed, including tasks like washing, dressing, and toothbrushing to ensure comfort and hygiene. While ensuring a safe and supportive environment
Offer emotional support to promote well-being. Assist the family to monitor the persons mental and physical health and report any concerns.
Assist with household tasks, errands, and any other required duties
Requirements:
Experience in care work is desirable, but not essential
Empathy, patience, and a caring attitude are essential qualities
Ability to work consistent hours, the schedule will be further discussed with the employer during the interview
Attend work at agreed times
Undertake any training required as part of your role.
