Job Advertisement: Personal Assistant Required

Location: Ayr South Ayrshire
Rate of pay: £12 per hour.
Job Advertisement: Flexible Support Worker 19.75 hours per week drivers are preferred.

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to provide a range of social, emotional, and personal care support to a lady with multiple health conditions. The role will require flexibility and the ability to attend to her needs twice a day, six days a week. Must be okay with Dogs and cats in case of allergies.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance, including help with mobility, supervision with washing dressing in case of falls, and general daily activities, meal preparation, shopping and supporting her to get out and about. Flexibility is essential, and drivers are preferred.
Offer emotional and social support to promote independence and well-being
Assist with household tasks, errands, and any other required duties
Always ensure a safe and supportive environment

Requirements:

Experience in care work is desirable, but not essential
Empathy, patience, and a caring attitude are essential qualities
Ability to work flexible hours, as the schedule will be discussed with the employer during the interview
Must be reliable and able to attend to the individual twice daily
